Contact
Questions, bug reports, ideas and privacy requests all go through the Nevquo contact page. Please mention Nevquo Pixel in your message so it reaches the right place.
If something went wrong
These details help us reproduce the problem:
- The page you were on, for example
/compress-png. - Your browser and its version, and your device (for example Chrome 141 on Windows 11, or Safari on an iPhone).
- The type and rough size of the file, such as "a 12 MP HEIC photo from an iPhone".
- What you expected and what happened instead, and any message the page showed.
Please do not attach your images unless you are happy for us to see them. A description or a screenshot of the message is usually enough. Nevquo Pixel never receives your images, so we cannot find them for you.
Privacy requests
Because the app uploads nothing and has no accounts, we hold no images, profiles or personal files about you to look up or delete. Your settings live only in your browser, and you can clear them by clearing this site's data. If you still have a privacy question, ask it through the contact page. The privacy statement explains what our host's ordinary server logs contain.
Security problems
If you believe you have found a security or privacy flaw, say so in the first line of your message and leave out the details of how to exploit it until we reply. If the network checks on the proof page ever show something they should not, tell us straight away.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I send support questions?

Can you recover or restore my images?
No. They never reach us. Keep your originals, because optimizing is lossy unless you choose Lossless.
